16 used 1912 Overprinted ROC CIP coil dragon stamps to 50c x 2, no tears or thins - please see scans for conditions. Due to high lost rate, all items sent to Mainland China has to be posted via registered mail, at the cost of $10. However, there are no extra postal charges for any additional items purchased within 15 days of the first item if sent via the same packet. Shipping and handling is as follows: US$2 for air mail, US$10 for registered air mail. Unregistered shipments are at buyer's own risk.
