RETURNS POLICY:- Unlimited when we are notified within seven days of receiving item, and returning within fourteen days. No reason need be given for return.

SHIPPING:- We ship to the PayPal address shown on your PayPal payment only. Sorry, for security reasons there can be no exceptions.

We offer USPS shipping services only, and regret that we cannot ship items using any other carrier for either USA domestic, or international mailings. We will ship to all countries where USPS insurance is obtainable, except Italy, unless specified in the item description.

WE DO NOT SHIP TO ITALY - the import of stamp or coin collections into that country is not allowed, and there are restrictions on the import of all collectible stamps.

We cannot ship items to countries where USPS do not offer insurance, for example Mexico, the Philippines, Indonesia, Israel, Vietnam, plus some Eastern European, South American, African and other countries - please check with us before bidding.

All items are carefully packed and protected, but we regret that we cannot be responsible for any uninsured items lost or damaged in the mail.

Shipping costs for all items are listed in the description, an eBay shipping cost is shown, or you can ask us at any time.
