A mint block of 4 1898 ICP 4c coil dragon stamps with selvedge on 2 sides, slight hinge remnant on 1 stamp, the other 3 stamps are mint unhinged with original gum, no tears or thins - please see scans for conditions.

Due to high lost rate, all items sent to Mainland China has to be posted via registered mail, at the cost of $10. However, there are no extra postal charges for any additional items purchased within 15 days of the first item if sent via the same packet.
